1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the tk550 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features or services offered through the website at https://tk550.pro and any associated mobile-optimised pages (collectively, the "Platform").

3 Account Registration and Security

To access all features of the Platform, you must register a personal account using accurate, complete, and current information. The following obligations apply to all registered account holders:

• You may register only one account per individual. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tk550 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• tk550 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Required documentation may include a government-issued photo identification and proof of address.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

tk550 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the Platform:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Mobile wallet deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed instantly.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a mandatory KYC verification check prior to processing. tk550 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds to any external payment account.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Requests to withdraw to a different payment method may require additional verification.

Funds held in your tk550 account balance do not accrue interest. tk550 is not a financial institution and your account balance is not a bank deposit. Funds deposited on the Platform are held exclusively for the purpose of wagering on the games and markets available through the Platform.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tk550 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special event promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

tk550 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial or mechanical means to interact with the Platform or place bets in a manner not available to ordinary human users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities of the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a Platform error are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share account access, or coordinate betting activity in a manner designed to defraud the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, financing of criminal activity, or any other illegal purpose under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour directed at tk550 staff, customer support agents, or other users of the Platform through any communication channel.

tk550 employs real-time monitoring and fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, tk550 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the relevant account, withhold or reverse any associated funds or winnings, and take any further action it considers appropriate, including reporting the matter to relevant authorities.

7 Responsible Gaming

tk550 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play. These are designed to promote awareness of time spent on the Platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk550, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if tk550 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, tk550's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tk550 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose. The following specific exclusions apply in addition to the general limitation above:

• tk550 is not liable for any loss arising from telecommunications failures, internet outages, power interruptions, or other infrastructure issues outside of tk550's direct control that result in interrupted access to the Platform.
• tk550 is not liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to understand the rules or pay tables of any game available on the Platform prior to wagering.
• tk550 is not liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of unauthorised third-party access to their account where such access resulted from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

tk550 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by users in connection with their account registration, KYC verification, and use of the Platform. All personal data is handled in accordance with tk550's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at https://tk550.pro/privacy-policy.

By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to tk550 collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11 Account Suspension and Termination

tk550 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination include but are not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, creation of duplicate accounts, or use of third-party payment methods.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from tk550, or provision of false, forged, or misleading documentation during the verification process.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal use of the Platform, pending the outcome of an investigation by tk550 or any relevant authority.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the account holder. Players wishing to close their account permanently should contact [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Where an account is closed by tk550 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, tk550 reserves the right to retain any funds in the account balance as a set-off against any damages, losses, costs, or liabilities incurred by tk550 as a result of the breach. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Amendments to These Terms

tk550 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page.
